The Sinulog-Santo Niño Festival is an annual cultural and religious festival held on the third Sunday of January in Cebu City, and is the centre of the Santo Niño Catholic celebrations in the Philippines.
The festival is considered to be first of most popular festivals in the Philippines, with every celebration of the festival routinely attracting around 1 to 2 million people from all over the Philippines every year. Aside from the religious aspect of the festival, Sinulog is also famous for its street parties, usually happening the night before and the night of the main festival.
Chadfest has been involved in the Sinulog festival since 1991.

April Fools' Day is celebrated every year on April 1 by playing practical jokes and and spreading hoaxes. The jokes and their victims are called April fools. People playing April Fool jokes practice their pranks before midday.
Chadfest has organised April Fools' celebrations since 2014.

The Wagga Wagga Gold Cup Racing Carnival is a prestigious horse racing event, attracting a top field of horses, along with a 'fashions on the field' competition. It is one of the region's largest events.
This year marks Chadfest's first involvement with the cup.
